Hand-In-Hand Registration

To secure a space in Hand-In-Hand Nature Education Program, please complete and submit the following Registration Form and send an e-transfer (our prices will appear upon your program selection and our Payment Details is listed in Step 3 of 3 of this form) to jarrett@hand-in-handeducation.com (if there is no space available, then your e-transfer will not be processed and you will receive an email requesting if you would like to be put on our waitlist). Registration Forms will be processed in the order in which they are received once payment has been sent. You will receive a confirmation email if space is available.

Early Years Program Refund Policy*

We require written notice of withdrawal. For families registering for our Comox Valley and Campbell River locations: (1) Cancelling 2 years ahead of start date: Refund = registration minus $50, (2) Cancelling 1 year ahead of start date: Refund = 50% of registration, (3) Cancelling from January to May 31 of the same start year: Refund = 25% of registration & (4) Cancelling from June 1 onwards of the same start year: No refund. For families registered in both our Seeds and Roots Programs: (1) Withdrawals from the Seeds program by August 31st (of registered school year) will result in a withdrawal from the following school year's Roots Program, and will be subject to the above cancellation policy & (2) Withdrawal from the Seeds program after registered school year has started will similarly result in a withdrawal from the following school year's Roots program, however families will receive a 100% Roots refund and their child will be added to the Roots waitlist (this ensures that all of the children registered in the Seeds program will be able to continue into the Roots program the following school year).

Nestlings, Forest Buds, Blue Heron Forest Program, Spring Break & Summer Camp Programs Refund Policy*

Registration for these programs are within a few months of our start dates, and the fee pays for the entire program. If cancellation is more than 1 month before the session begins, we will refund 75% of the fee. Cancellation within a month before the start day will result in a 50% refund of the fee. If cancellation is on the first day of the session (for our week-long Spring Break and/or Summer Camp Programs) or during the first week (for our longer seasonal sessions – Forest Buds and Nestlings Programs), we will refund 25% of the fee. Written notice of withdrawal is required.

Early Years Program (9am - 12pm): Please choose a minimum of 2 days or a maximum of 3 days to register.

Monday's tuition is lower because we are closed for several Mondays throughout the school year due to holidays. Children must be of age by September of the school year that you registering for and out of diapers by the program's start-up date. After September, children who turn of age and out of diapers are welcome to register anytime throughout the course of the school year. To ensure the utmost success, safety and comfort of everyone in the program, if you are registering your child to attend the current school year program after our September start date we request that a caring adult accompany your child for their full first day and everyday until they are comfortable enough to say goodbye.
