5th Annual Vancouver Island Nature Education Campference…FOR KIDS!

Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, Parksville, BC

Friday, June 12th – Sunday, June 14th, 2020

Hand-In-Hand Nature Education Inc. (HIH) is excited to host the 5th Annual Vancouver Island Nature Education Campference…FOR KIDS! This 3-day nature-inspired event is for children 3-17 years old. The KIDS Campference is a volunteer event, put together by the collective efforts of Vancouver Island and Vancouver nature (based) preschools, (early learning) nature education and recreational programs and public, private and home schools, as a way of giving back to the many Vancouver Island and Vancouver families who believe in and support nature education programs for children of all ages!

THIS IS A FREE EVENT! Registration is by donation only (the only finances that families are responsible for is travelling to and from the location, camping fees and personal meals). 100% of the proceeds support HIH’s In-House Subsidy Fund, which provides financial assistance to low income families who are interested in registering their children in our nature education program (please click here for more information).

The 5th Annual Vancouver Island Nature Education Campference…FOR KIDS is a fun and playful experience to bring the many Vancouver Island and Vancouver families and educators together in one forest, on one beach and in support of what we all love and do best…play, learn and connect in nature with children! We’re all looking forward to another inspiring weekend filled with nature fun, playful and skillful adventure! Please sign up early so that your child(ren) and/or you do not miss out on the many inspiring, creative, fun and playful PLAYSHOPS! We all look forward to seeing you there!
